Please use the below guidelines to get an understanding of our shipping and delivery terms.

Delivery 

We currently ship to the following countries: Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland.

Please note, that it might take 1-3 business days before your order is shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, you will receive e-mail with a tracking link. Depending on a courier, the link might not be active within the first 2 business days.

 Shipping costs

To offer our customers the best prices, our shipping rates are based on weight. Total shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart detais.

We offer free shipping to parcel shops on orders over 400 dkk in Denmark. And Free shipping to a parcel store if you buy for more than 150EUR in following countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal.  

Cancellation before order shipping 

Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel your order, if it has not yet been packet and shipped from our warehouse. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with subject line “CANCEL ORDER” or contact us by phone as soon as possible:

PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to EU countries are following the rules of the VAT One Stop Shop scheme. When ordering goods for delivery outside of EU, VAT will not be collected. Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which Copenhagen Colors Kids ApS cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Countries where this applies is for example Norway and Switzerland. Import fees for orders received in United Kingdom will be covered by Copenhagen Colors Kids ApS.

We are not able to re-send an order from our warehouse. In these cases the order will be refunded, and you are welcome to place a new order at www.copenhagencolors.com.
