Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received, not worn or used, still with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must visit our return portal at and book the return, remember to include a reason for returning the products so we can track it. You will receive a return label afterwards and will then be able to drop of the parcel at a GLS drop point, returns should be send directly to our warehouse and the return label can only be used with the address for the warehouse.

When the returned items are received at our warehouse, the amount for the return label will be deducted from credit note.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resend the correct pieces.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, pls see list below for exceptions: 

  • Packing solutions, where the boxes are ruined and cannot be packed in same condition as received
  • Customized products, such as special orders or personalized items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and mark that you want a new item instead, once the return is received at the warehouse they will send the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return in warehouse, and let you know if everything regarding the refund was okay. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
